Trying to find out where my package is for the last 1.5 weeks..the UPS driver can’t deliver because he thinks my residential home needs an APT number so it’s been “undeliverable” ridiculous..should be fired. North Miami Florida..typical

For the prices they are insane!!! Not to mention I ordered 2 things from the same company. UPS somehow and they were delivered on 2 different trucks. I had to wait all day. Also, their email updates said they would deliver on different days then when they actually showed up, and the times were even wrong!!! Don't think I'll be using UPS much after this!!!

This has to be the worst service ever. I was told that I would have my package before noon Friday, it’s damn near 2pm and I’m still waiting for my package.
