For the prices they are insane!!! Not to mention I ordered 2 things from the same company. UPS somehow and they were delivered on 2 different trucks. I had to wait all day. Also, their email updates said they would deliver on different days then when they actually showed up, and the times were even wrong!!! Don't think I'll be using UPS much after this!!!

This has to be the worst service ever. I was told that I would have my package before noon Friday, it’s damn near 2pm and I’m still waiting for my package.

The drivers from Landover, MD, just doesn’t do his job!! I have been having a lot of issue during the past 2 weeks for 4 packages. The driver keeping putting in the tracking note that noone available for delivery, of course I’m not there because I have to be at work!! And when the package have to be diverted to the Access Point for pick up, driver also put in the note that Access Point not available which is impossible since it’s a shop someone is there the whole time!!! Driver is just lazy and doesn’t get out of the truck!
