Ups is great if ya dont mind your packages delivered to the neighbors. Then neighbors keep such package until i find out about it; ie selling product at the local saloon. Ups is spot on 99.9 % of the time

Promised 2 day delivery they screwed up and routed my package elsewhere and now it will not be delivered until 4 days and I cannot get a refund until the package is delivered. Never again

Shipping from CA to PA and then back to CA? Really? Doesn't seem very efficient to me!

My package never arrived, I contacted amazon and they call ups and driver told her that sometimes they put delivered before to save time and oh sorprise never delivered! And this web and amazon my package status is delivered i want a resolution!!

I've got a package floating around some where an customer service is garbage I wouldn't recommend using ups for anything what a bad experience they keep adding days to my delivery date with is wrong with ups

When ups handle packages they never make it to the people in which the package is suppose to be delivered to ....their workers steal second time my package has not made it to me
