Very lousy service for delivery . Consignment number not clearly wrote on advice. Even cant check the record when call their hotline . What a stupid company.
Tracking is worthless FedEx or DHL can tell u where a package is as it transits the globe. Toll can’t manage after three days indicate where in Victoria our package might be
Parcel picked up Brisbane Friday. Arrived Gold Coast Monday. Will probably make Murwillumbah Tuesday, too late for local delivery. Probably won’t get until Wednesday or Thursday. Worse, Toll operators refused to discuss where my parcel might be. Delivery was promised Monday. We live three hours from the parcel pick up point. Fail Toll!
DO NOT SEND CONFIRMATION THAT my PARCEL coming ON 9 SEPT 2019 will be delivered at my door!!!!!!!!!
This is a terrible service and has terrible communication skills and cannot answer simple questions when asked. I would not recommend this to a criminal, the service and company is THAT BAD! Do not use this company for anything because they are incompetent and terrible !

Arrived 4 days later than quoted after charging me a premium. Absolute BS.
Toll has gone down hill, always have to follow up to find out where my items are also ways 1 to 2 weeks late cause they never know where my items are don't really want to help very very poor so sick of my stuff getting sent though them.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Still do not have my parcel after a week of it being at the depot. Many phone calls and promises of someone calling back in 24hrs, no contact from Toll AT ALL. I am furious!! I will NEVER buy from anyone that uses your company again!
I shudder whenever a seller advises they have shipped using Toll as the courier, I can expect low delays in delivery even very short distances. Less than 80km can take 7-16 days. Most days I receive an email stating proudly 'your parcel is on board for delivery today' someone must be at home to sign for receipt so I stay home and wait, and wait, and wait for nothing . Next day must be GROUND HOG DAY. So far this current fiasco has gone on for the past week.......oh well at least they are better than Fastway which is like saving it is better to die from starvation than poisoning.
Missed the delivery guy and when i rang to organise a pick up address the lady on the phone told me I would get a text message by the end of day. As it was a friday I asked if I would be able to collect my parcel the next day being Saturday and she said yes. I received no text message and called them on Saturday and they are closed. Im not even able to make any arrangements on their website. The lady i did speak to was rude and had no customer service.

I had a very unpleasant experience waiting for toll delivery. Customer service did not provide relevang help and driver did not even bother to give me a call before they saying that i'm not at home(which was impossible because i stayed at home all time for 3 days just to wait for the delivery).
