Worst delivery service that I’ve EVER had!!!
Tracking says could not access site. No note left in letterbox to say could not access or how to collect parcel. We have had plenty of deliveries in the past. Not impressed!
Very poor service! After not being home on Friday for delivery (had no warning of delivery that day) they left a card in the mail. I called them up as soon as I got home and arranged for it to be delivered today (Monday) instead. Still nothing, so I called them up and they advised it hasn't left the depot and they aren't sure why. Said it will be delivered tomorrow now. Well I'm not counting on it.. and considering I had to change plans to be home all day today and am busy tomorrow with appointments for my daughter, IF it gets delivered then, I'll probably miss them again. I wish they would deliver on their promises. It's happened a few times now with this company. I just won't be able to buy from any company anymore that uses this courier.
Crap service can't understand scribble written on card therefore can't track f**king parcel.no idea where it is or if I'll get it
Totally useless, don't pass instructions on to drivers, drivers can't call customers for directions, waste of time.

Can I leave zero stars. Sick of them not leaving a card and that’s if they even bother to wait for the door to be answered. They’ve had my package at marked return to sender sitting at the depo for 2 days. It would have been easier and faster with zero stress to drive over n pick it up myself..
Absolutely atrocious someone was here they got to the door and then took of left no note and they took it back I will be sueing them if they don’t bring it to my home
Can I leave a zero star? No customer service or support. No "sorry we missed you" card even though there is a 24 hr concierge on duty to receive parcels. How can one know to collect it if there's no note/email or any other form of communication. Amazon need to reconsider who they use as "priority courier" in the future. Disgusting service!!
Tracking not updates when searched and after contacting supplier they said it’s been delivered, not the case!!!!!
Extremely poor customer service, 3 ph calls & promises but no contact as promised & delivery was due last Thursday. No delivery,would not recommend
3 times the sending company has been charged a "re delivery fee" when we have had to pick up the parcel from the depot. So we now request the parcel to be left if no one is home to avoid being charged to pick up our own parcel.
Better than the other trackers. This one actually gives you the whereabouts of the package.

Toll - the worst experience I have ever had with a package. After they missed me at home - it asrrived 2 days after it was ordered form IKEA. It took 10 days and three phone calls to recover the package (while the post office is 50m down the road) When I finally collected the [package form IKEA - glass candle holders more than half of them were broken. What a disgraceful result.
Every single time I get a sorry we missed you card in the mail it is not filled in, the card number does not show up on tracking and I have to spend wasted time on the phone trying to find my delivery, that’s it I’ve had enough I’m not using toll or any affiliated associated career service any more
