Arrogant and dishonest they ask you to book in a delivery date and they do a no show countless times. No communication no sms to say they are not coming. You ask to speak to someone to complain and Ann in customer service talks over you and reads you their policy disregarding your grievance and complaint. So you go around and around in circles trying to find out what is going on with your delivery. Disgusting I told them that I didn’t care when it got delivered I just didn’t appreciate the runaround and lies that they have continued to say. I was supposed to have someone call me still waiting. They need to look at their coaching and manage their deliveries differently. I’m not the only one complaining.

Would like a zero rating. The most incompetent and useless delivery company. You might expect postage cost to actually delivery to your address.
