Well this is the second time they have misplaced / lost my item. Apologetic but really couldn’t give a stuff. You get one reply and that is it! One item turned up like it had been in a swamp. Lucky the sender wrapped it in plastic…… obviously knew what clowns they were dealing with.

Got all the texts and emails to say Toll was coming today. Organised the day off to be at home. TOLL DIDN’’ T COME!!!

Pathetic service, sender notified them on the 20th, didn't pick up till 25th, today is the 2nd, and still o delivery, and website, blames covid 19, we haven't been in lock down for a while now and you still blame covid, maybe your drivers need to pick there game up, they are always parked on the side of the road with feet on the dash, poor service toll, very poor, not the first time either.

Useless & unprofessional, telling us our parcel had been delivered & faking a signature to show it had! Disgraceful Toll! Don’t deserve 1 star!
