If there was half a star I’d give them that! Told us our parcel had been delivered & “faked” a signature to try & prove it! Continual denial to being responsible. Unprofessional & unhelpful!!

I had 2 parcels under same tracking reference number .I supposed to get 2 boxes of parcels got only one box when I try to track the parcels status shows delivered but haven’t got my other box and don’t know where it is .☹️☹️☹️
