I had 2 parcels under same tracking reference number .I supposed to get 2 boxes of parcels got only one box when I try to track the parcels status shows delivered but haven’t got my other box and don’t know where it is .☹️☹️☹️

5 days sitting in "sorted to chute" or "we don't know where your parcel is". Does to return calls to myself or retailer. Terrible ... Terrible "courier" company

Worst delivery service ever. They never ring door bells nor call.

The driver do not even try to search for the entrance gate of an apartment building. They don't have common sense to locate the intercoms to buzz the unit number where the intercoms are fitted inside the campus. They simply leave a "sorry we missed you" card inside the mailbox. Not sure if TOLL pay the drivers for the attempted deliveries.. TOLL drivers must call the recepients if they can't locate the gate/entrance or if they have any difficulty in finding the recepients. Use technology, with basic common sense
