Not happy with the phone calls and delivery was expected the 25 th March also the status of delivery has not moved I’m not happy as it’s a washing machine and have 5 people in my house I’m on pension and can’t afford a laundry mat wishing some one one would give me some insight please
Parcel lost and no ability to track. Only people to talk to are in Philippines and they don’t understand. Worst experience with any consumer product ever. The government need to regulate this industry - negligent companies just taking money with no liability.
This is, without doubt, the worst delivery company ever. Don't even bother to try and send anything with them. You wait in for hours, no knock on the door but somehow it gets delivered but to where?? Not anywhere near my address and believe me, I searched the same time that I got the text it was supposedly delivered. If this had been the only time, but every single time. No point in ringing their number, it just rings of the hook. Willing to take your money but delivery is optional obviously. I am beyond angry. I want to give no stars but that is not an option.
Very poor delivery service. Your courier used the driveway and could not enter the property instead of using the very obvious front gate. (The gate is painted bright red). The courier did not even knock on the front door. I know this because of our cctv. Will request another courier device deliver my purchases in the future.
Why does my delivery sit in Sydney depot for two days from scan
totallly pathetic, cannot get any answers , have to deal with the philippines who I cannot understand. haven't got my parcel still delivered to Traralgon last friday. 5th March. only 91 km away, could have driven to Brisbane and picked my item up and be home again in the time it has taken. call centre was to get back to me, a day later still no communication,. about time toll realise you will not get return business with this kind of service.
