picked up from Devonport in Tasmania on 20th September. As at 30th September still waiting and can see no real information on tracking system. Feel ripped off that I have to provide 1 star to rate them!!!

Extremely poor service. 5 working days now with no updates. I expected better, and have received better from less reputable carriers. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give less.
