Extremely poor service. 5 working days now with no updates. I expected better, and have received better from less reputable carriers. I gave it one star because it wouldn't let me give less.

Toll are are an incompetent company. The drivers never leave a card showing that they have tried to deliver and they never take my delivery to the local drop point. I've had to ring numerous times to find out where my delivery is. Most times it goes back to the depot. Get your act together TOLL!

Package was out for delivery on Friday which is today so I waited around for it only to realise it was the Friday the week before. After reading the other reviews and experiencing the toll experience myself, I can safely say never choose toll. I never been the one to recommend a delivery service but from now on I'm going to recommend toll if you never want to get your parcel on time.

bad service the worst ever over night is taking 3or 4 days i have lost work and hours on phone please contact me 0297737772 when i ring waiting half hour on phone to be told ring back in i hour if you can't deliver don't say you can a company your size and i can't contact you every business i speak to say's the same problem ian greylands trading minus rating

Looks like my parcel has been sitting in melbourne for 7 days according to the online tracking report. I have spent last hour on phone, on hold, being transferred rapidly without explanation to finally get someone telling me they have a system reboot happening and to call back in an hour and then hanging up me.
