Looks like my parcel has been sitting in melbourne for 7 days according to the online tracking report. I have spent last hour on phone, on hold, being transferred rapidly without explanation to finally get someone telling me they have a system reboot happening and to call back in an hour and then hanging up me.

Worst worst service ever! I had no other choice as my service provider only use toll! They never up date their tracking system! Even when they’ve already delivered your item in the tracking system still show “scanned into deport” weeks later still no updates on tracking system! Smh. Luckily I went into store to confirm if my item has been delivered and it was already delivered ages ago! Bad bad service!

Worst service ever! I had 2 packages shipped out same day only received one which I was not home. Came home and saw my package on my front porch and on the package it said signature required..?! It’s been over a week and there’s still no update on my other package. Tracking system still show same sh*t! “Scan into deport”

Parcel was scanned into depot on 17th September, contacted Toll, gave them shipping number and they asked for details - what it looks like etc. Replied and haven’t heard a thing since.
