Worst service ever! I had 2 packages shipped out same day only received one which I was not home. Came home and saw my package on my front porch and on the package it said signature required..?! It’s been over a week and there’s still no update on my other package. Tracking system still show same sh*t! “Scan into deport”

Parcel was scanned into depot on 17th September, contacted Toll, gave them shipping number and they asked for details - what it looks like etc. Replied and haven’t heard a thing since.

My goods went to Wagga insread of Mid North Coast. Tracking is never updated. Still saying its on Wagga.

I had a package to be delivered from Melbourne to Sydney overnight. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and they admit they can’t locate it. Reading reviews, lost parcels seem to be a trend with Toll. Absolute rubbish.

Dropped parcel at Orange depot on Monday 2nd August still not received in Sydney 18 days later. Should've walked to Sydney with it in my backpack.

Parcel was left at my front door and both ends of box was open I hope no parts are missing . At least they could of repaired the box before delivery.
