I had a package to be delivered from Melbourne to Sydney overnight. 2 weeks later I’m still waiting and they admit they can’t locate it. Reading reviews, lost parcels seem to be a trend with Toll. Absolute rubbish.

Dropped parcel at Orange depot on Monday 2nd August still not received in Sydney 18 days later. Should've walked to Sydney with it in my backpack.

Parcel was left at my front door and both ends of box was open I hope no parts are missing . At least they could of repaired the box before delivery.

Thankyou for everything u guy have done the delivery was amazing the guy how drop of the rabbits hutch carried it out the back for me thank you can't wait to do it again with u guys

My package was 6 days late and only half the delivery arrived. 5 days later no one still k owe where other half of my parcel is. Really handy when it's a pressure pump that supplies my only water to my house and I still cannot use since o my half of it arrive. Disgusting.

Very very disappointed in there service. I had 2 parcels to be delivered 1 parcel turned up a week late and second parcel is lost no one has any idea where it is poor service and do not recommend. HOPELESS!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOUR SERVICE

Very lousy service for delivery . Consignment number not clearly wrote on advice. Even cant check the record when call their hotline . What a stupid company.
