Terrible service. Checked Toll Website only to find parcel undeliverable awaiting customers instructions. Did not get a card, did not get an email, did not get an SMS. What sort of service is this. .. I will be telling the supplier NOT to use Toll as they are unreliable and do not have any communication with the client as to updates on delivery. Not happy at all.

Yes you have 56 "awesome" reviews and they are mostly bad. Is you mangement reading them at all?? I am still waiting for a package and was told on your tracking side that driver had no access....when will i get it?
