ATROCIOUS. Driver lied and said my parcel was "undeliverable" when I've been home waiting for my parcel for days. Didn't leave a card. No way of getting to my parcel. It goes back in to the depot (many km's away), two weeks this rigmarole has been going on. PLEASE, dont use Toll Ipec of you are hoping your customers are going to be satisfied with speedy delivery! 0 stars.

My company is a big user of Toll road and rail for palletised goods, good service prompt delivery, Fantastic... I personally used Toll for a few one off personal deliveries and was very poor service... Australia Post far more reliable and prompt for one off deliveries to your door.
