Cant deliver to an actual address
So smart the change the delivery address and then cant deliver the parcel

Toll is not transparent by clarifying to their customers it is an independent delivery company that is unable to use Post Parcel Locker service. Toll is not efficient in getting in contact with customers to solve delivery issues (this is left to the actual customer). Finally, Toll does not care about providing a good customer service by pushing customers to pick up parcels at their Depot insted of rending to suitable address. Generous 2 points for finally delivering parcel to a News Agency insted of returning it to the sender.

Slow, Never delivered on time and rude drivers. Aus Post is far better and reliable!

Have had two items delivered by this company. No compamints here. Am waiting on another to be delivered by them and will leave a review on that one too. Hopefully it’s the same experience as the last :)

Still waiting on large multi item delivery - 40 large fence panels plus fittings from Sydney which is 2.5 hours from me that was urgent. Today is Tuesday and when I tried to track last Thursday week after being told it had left wholesaler Wednesday and given tracking it was not found in system. After chasing it up was told that it would arrive Friday. Could then track it and found that it had left Sydney Thursday night and had arrived in Newcastle early hours of Thursday morning and been unloaded in Newcastle around 4 am Friday morning. We are an hour from Newcastle so that fitted with being delivered Friday. It wasn't delivered. Chased it up Monday morning and told they were trying to find the right sort of truck to deliver it.( It just needs an ordinary small tabletop - had same order delivered a few years ago). They assured me they would phone to give me an update. They phoned early morning and told my husband they would bring it out on a ute. My husband queried it because as the panels are quite large he didn't think they would fit on a ute. She agreed when the items size was explained. Said she would get back to us. I just phoned again now as I hadn't heard any more and was told that our fence panels are at Taree which is over two hours north of us and as far from us as the depot they were originally sent from in Sydney! When I pointed that out she said she understood but that is where they deliver to our area from. So they arrived in Newcastle around 2am Thursday morning - an hour from us and have been sitting there until at least Monday and now have still to come (have been told tomorrow) from Taree. The tracking is by the way still showing that they are sitting in Newcastle! have been sitting in Newcastle an our away from us since

Worst freight company I have ever used! Item left Brisbane on Wednesday ... still nothing received by COB Monday. I will NEVER use or recommend again!! One star for actually collecting the item
