Waited since 10:30 a.m. Was told that an attempt to deliver was made at 1:14 pm. I was in my unit and did not hear my buzzer. I checked my mailbox for a missed delivery card but did not find any. My whole day was wasted. Very poor service.

I waited for my parcel since 10:30 a.m. Rang the company at 5:30 pm and was told that an attempt was made at 1:14 pm. I was in my unit the whole time. Nobody buzzed my intercom. I checked my mailbox at 5:00 pm to see if there is a missed delivery card and didn't find any. I wasted my day waiting for nothing.

Waiting too long And that they delivery from 11 am to 7 pm. No message nothing so u need to wait all day very bad

So far a huge zero......was told delivery Thursday no later than Friday, well waited both days and still no package....now says booked in.....no information on when.....my time is valuable also ....

Never again. What a disgrace on all counts. Under-promise and over deliver ....fail. Maybe work on not lying and then document the lie hoping it will make it, well, not a lie. I’d be in Coroner’s Court if I ran my trade like this.
