Do not send anything with them unless you are picking or delivering at their depot and still I wouldn’t trust them. 2 weeks later still in “ a depot” in Sydney.

5 large heavy boxes. Clear instructions to “leave outside suite 2, not in the foyer “ Instead dumped in the foyer. One of the boxes obstructing public access causing people to swerve as they pushed the street door to enter the building. Other 4 boxes blocked the door to the utilities room used by 5 offices and 4 shops. Angry commercial neighbours called me Had to Rush from my Woy Woy office to Kogarah to remove them So many other couriers do the right thing. Bu sure to insist “ NOT TNT”!

Some of there delivery drivers lie about attempted and management are ok with it when asked about it they dont even reply to messages i do my best to use other couriers even if it cost a little more TNT are a bunch of Crooks

I agree with so many other reviews. Would never use TNT. Sent an email to say they couldn’t leave package as no one was at home. I didn’t get any notification to say it was coming on that day, or whatever day so I could stay at home. Then it said was left at ‘drop off depot’ WHERE WAS THAT. No card left. Then when I spoke to tnt representative she said they probably ran out of cards on the delivery truck.......REALLY!!! Pathetic service yet their speed on the phone says they deliver excellent service, what BS

never send your courier with TNT. I get worst service experience with TNT. I get all my stuff damaged. When I open my courier, I get broken sill of my materials. All materials were opened before delivery. I never expected this thing from TNT. But, sorry TNT I will post this all reviews on each and every website which is related to you. Because, my Mom send me this courier as a birthday gift and due to your service I can't use one of them. All my food get crushed. All materials inside the box get mixed. It's ridiculous service.
