never send your courier with TNT. I get worst service experience with TNT. I get all my stuff damaged. When I open my courier, I get broken sill of my materials. All materials were opened before delivery. I never expected this thing from TNT. But, sorry TNT I will post this all reviews on each and every website which is related to you. Because, my Mom send me this courier as a birthday gift and due to your service I can't use one of them. All my food get crushed. All materials inside the box get mixed. It's ridiculous service.

Those people are completely disfunctional. I get told by professional engine shop staff that TNT has shipped for them many times before with no problem. Thats the shop from which I am trying to ship a boxer engine (longblock) that weighs 70 kilos and I have carried one manually by hand. On the first booking the driver goes there and asks them to buy addictional straps to strap it to the pallet and says they will come back tomorrow. I cancel that booking because I also forgot to add insurance so I make second booking. This time they don't show up at all for 2 days until I finally managed to deal with their phone system and get in touch with them so they tell me the second booking was cancelled without me being notified nor refunded. And they refused to handle the shipment because the "engine might brake" and " it is too heavy (for a forklift)" and becuase i paid for insurance they don't want to be liable for it. The people you speak to on the phone have no access to anything so you gotta keep repeating all your details and all forms of numbers and pray to god they received it correctly on the other end.

first email bad news with have delays sorry for any inconvenience. valuable replacement part cost time and money. are TNT still a relevant courier service.

Don't think I will recommend or use TNT as I have been waiting on my delivery since Friday 20 09 19 after I phoned TNT print the delivery form attached it to my front door at the requested delivery address . As well as sending a copy of the signed form back to TNT. Is there any one that are capable of helping me to get my delivery . Number 293873241. Regards Ben
