Waited home whole day, the driver even didn't make an effort to knock the door. Left a card and SMS at 2:10, I rushed to the street at 2:11, not even see his van. It happened every times. Now have to pick up 20kg box by myself somewhere. Definitely not going to use TNT.

I will leave my sh*t review of this company but it seams Plenty of others feel the same way as me driver says no one at address was there all day checked ccv footage and no truck ever came to my street no card left then says on tracking needed address verifyed ended up having to pick up at their depot and then sure as sh*t the address was right and completely legible no apologies just a smile and bye avoid them like the plague

This is the worst company to deal with have had 3 parcels delivered from them and all 3 were disasters with me having to collect from erskine park each time when you complain they tell you they will call you back and never do I have no faith in this company and send a warning to all people save your money and use someone else anybody else just not these people

Overnight should be delivered overnight. Seems pretty simple to me.

They lie that they have attempted to deliver but nobody was home. I waited at my gate no truck arrived. How dare they do this when the parts are required and were urgent for the next days scheduled work. Don't use TNT ever
