Terrible service, in more than 2 weeks the parcel moved only from Florida to wits. Not even worth one star
Almost 3wks later a parcel destined for kwt is still in transit. How does this happen
Ide love to give a better rating but a parcel was sent in November 2020, by March 2021 all they can tell me is it’s “in sorting centre” telephone calls are an utter waste of time, calling local branches the phone just rings. Tens of emails sent not even as much as an acknowledgement of the email. Shocking ineptitude and negligence, a general attitude of slackness, they honestly just don’t give a damn, not one SAPO employee steps up to take an active interest in the customer’s very real issue.
Terrible, worse than 1 star. Been waiting for over a month for a parcel and no reply from customer services. They don’t even answer the phone or reply to emails.
My registered letter RJ117716866ZA posted on March 3 is according to track and trace still at Capehub since March 5! No further trace info has been forthcoming! SAPO what happened to this letter?
This is a waste of time and money, customer care numbers are not working, cannot even track my parcel. You should be ashamed you are letting the community of South Africa down, useless
Ridiculous. I posted a registered mail on the 16th Feb and when tracking the item all I get is the 23rd Feb at Durmail. After 2 weeks. Thats ridiculous.

Calling jimc a post office it's pain in bat, sorry to us this language but i had to do it because of the bad service they are having. I have being calling this call center not even a single day my call was picked up. You could tell someone at the call center pick up the call & dropped it or it rings no one picked up. They are tracking system its not even working, when i track with other network i can able to see my parcel with JIMCa. Honestly i rate it minus zero. Not quite happy with service at all

If I could give zero trust me I would My experience with SAPO has left a super bad taste in my spirit and peace. So...... I've been going to the Frankfort post office for 6 months looking for my parcel and everytime I go there I'm told it hasn't arrived when it was In Frankfort this Whole time! This once when I got there I was told to describe the package I came to look for, the color and size.... like Aliexpress would send me a picture of what the package looks like (the package has my name, address, ID number and phone number) and nobody cared to call me. I know me talking about this won't change anything because SAPO wont even answer their phone call let alone read an email. I have a package that's been at JHB since 30 January 2021 and nobody knows anything.... hai seriously SAPO is useless

I posted a parcel on the 18 of August 2020. That was for my daughters university contract and still hasn't been delivered. She cannot register until they receive the contract. Absolutely useless service. Over 6 months to deliver a registered latter.
