My parcel arrived i Johannesburg international mail hub on the 24 of December and it hasn’t moved and I’m waiting for it in Durban

You never know when, at which post office your package is delivered. Arriving at a post office you have to page thhrough several thick files to maybe find your parcel. Very poor and unacceptable system and service. Try your best to avoid the SA Postal Service.

Its just that there's no zero. In actual fact, SAPO does not deserve even a star. I am still waiting for my parcel since 2021 December 20. No positive tracking details, no customer update. What a mess.

Waiting for a parcel from US since the 27th of August 2021. I was told that there is a backlog and it is in JHB but I need to wait. Absolutely shocking!!!!

Pathetic. I pay R100 extra to track my mail sent to USA, over 2 months ago, and I haven't been able to trace the letter ONCE. The're is always an "issue" or "not found"- what's the use!
