Waiting over 3 months fir a parcel containing a Mexican aid card for a disabled person. No answer on the customer care phone number tried for two hours

Parcels get lost or stolen. Telephones never get answered.Tracking from anywhere in the world is amazing till it enters our system. Awaiting 10 items. Last order still not received after 14 months. Emails was a waste of time. Stop stealing our mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor and slow service
I didn't receive my item but my phone showing that my item was arrived in this country. I went to du noon post office they saying they didn't receive anything from me
I sent a parcel on t the 6th August 2019. It was speedfrieght. I paid R1000. Ive made nurmorse calls made and still no clue how far or where the parcel is.
Very poor service. Unbelievably long delivery times if the parcel arrives at all! I am awaiting a parcel that has so far taken 10 days to get fro JoBurg to Durban and still has to get to Underberg via Pietermaritzburg so will probably be at least another 10 days. It took 3 days to get from England to JoBurg a distance of 10,000kms and it will take seven times that to come 600kms in RSA. Appalling!
P**s poor state-run entity. Avoid The South African Post Office by ANY means. Rather pay DHL or other couriers to ensure you receive your parcel. SAPO has a track record of not being trustworthy. Sheltered employment for people who don’t know how to do the job.
I sent an international parcel by air mail. On 18 Aug 2019, parcel is STILL in Jhb. I paid R3 131.90 for that service, which I didn't get at all. I'm going to the newspapers with this. Magda Bester 082 4012 103. Parcel no CV021781925ZA
