For tracking international parcel, use Universal Postal Union tracking. (Google / type tracking no into space. As well as the overseas courier/carrier - scroll down list.)

I cannot agree more with some of the writers... You don't deserve even 1 star... Poor pathetic service. I posted a parcel 14 November 2020...14 months and 17days later, its still in transit.... it cost a lot of money... a communication channel would be helpful to inform your clients about the progress.

It took an USA parcel from the 6 /01/2022 that it leave Jhb airport till 18/01/2002 to get to the postoffice in Jhb. It left Jhb postoffice on 20/01/22. Now where can I find a SA tracking number on that parcel and I can't get through to customer service. For a week now there is no trace of the parcel. They don't answer emails

Absolutely pathetic!! My wish parcel has been sitting at the Jhb post office but when u track it on here it says there is no such tracking nr! What a joke

Poor Poor service. Cannot believe it’s take so long for a parcel to come in from the UK and onlt Be checked in a month later. It then has to fit customs etc. who knows how long that will take. Will never use SA Post office ever again, you’re a disgrace to the South African community
