I posted a parcel on 18th September 2020 and can get no more detail than it has arrived at the Witspos hub. Surely you can do better than that!!! It was going to New Zealand.

“In transit” and “received at Piketberg post office on 2 October” (10 days ago!) is not the least bit helpful. I need to know if it has gone from Piketberg post office and is on its way to England. Those ague phrases are useless.

I've been waiting for my parcel since I received an sms saying my parcel is ready for collection on the 12 of September I check it's in Krugersdorp HUB since the 22 of September and I went there on the 2nd of October they said I must wait for another sms that will tell me which post office must I go and fetch it
