Poor service .package posted on Tuesday the 10 th but on the 12 sep it still at welcome hub.poor I rather get it back in will courier it.

After trying for 2 weeks to get an answer as to where my parcel is. I was informed by the post office centre at 0860111502 that I can collect it at Alberton post office. They looked for a hour and told me they don't have it and don't know where it is.
No answer on the phone...tracking stopped 27 August...no parcel to date!!!

Non existent service. My international parcel arrived quicker in SA than what it is taking to get to my house. Nil feedback or tracking updates. Enquiry number stays busy. Recommend the service is outsourced to a private company.
Apart from detailing the arrival of the parcel at the hub, there is absolutely no further information available.

My parcel has been at JHB international terminal for a month, why is it taking so long? Incompetent and lazy, as per usual.
Oh guys the People working at the post office are rude i must say they will leave you unattended when you forcefully demand service will punish u to go search for tracking numbers whilst u know nothing... Useless
