My Royal Mail parcel left JIMC on 30 Nov 2020 to be delivered to Pretoria destination. This review was written on 17 April 2021 and I'm still waiting on my parcel. SAPO track&trace can't even locate my parcel with the Royal Mail tracking nr. What a joke.

Parcel that arrived in the country on 24 Feb 2021, only processed at distribution centre on 19/3 , I eventually phoned around and collected myself on 16/4. Poor service delivery that needs urgent attention.

Absolute useless service . . Still waiting for parcels that arrived in the country last year Oct . . No tracking in SA nor notifications either! Absuolute useless organisation. Wwnt to local Post office, out of5 counters only one operates, for postal and license renuwals, the rest only pay out Sassa. . . Waited for hour in the queue and had to search myself though a thick file for 2 hours for a parcel that according to the tracking was at the Post Office since January 5th. But no notification was send.

I have post my parcel on the 26 March 2021 and the tracker shows it is still in upington. This clearly shows the post office do not care about service delivery.

My parcel from the US arrived in JHB on 26/2/2021. It was then said to be on it's way to its destination(Knysna) however it appears to have left Jhb for a second time on 1/3/2021.it has never arrived in Knysna and when I try your track and trace service it has no record of the parcel with that number . Original tracking number UH033438721US..
