I have been waiting for a parcel from Canada. It was posted on the 1 February 2022. It arrived in South Africa on the 14 March 2022, when I tracked it just before the Easter long weekend, I saw online that it is in Durmail. I decided to go to Durmail, an Indian guy told me to go back to Pinetown where the parcel is destined. He further told me that I will receive my parcel the following day which I didn't. I am still waiting for my parcel if I will get it at all. I have lost hope, my uncle in Canada wants to claim his insurance fee but all in vain. I must say that the Post office service extremely poor.

Unbelievable delays in sending envelope overseas. Takes ages to leave SA. Sometimes can’t track it. Customer service sometimes unable to give more information.Use to take 2 weeks Max for registered letter to arrive at destination now 8 weeks and sometimes not at all! Most times a unregistered letter doesn’t even reach its destination.

A week after parcel arrived in South Africa this tracking service tells you that your parcel could not be found, please try after 30mins.....please explain what is going to happen in that 30 mins
