Y’all should consider shutting down that facility because its no use to us as the citizens. You don’t give out notifications on our parcels and we only have to figure out on our own. Mxm SAPO is a useless institution

Very bad parcel has been at the post office depot for over a week but no notification sent out that the parcel is ready for collection.

Posted an ordinary parcel from Durban to Bloemfontein on 21/10/2021. Parcel is still in transit today, 03/11/2021. Been on hold with Track and Trace for more than 25 minutes. Ridiculously poor service! And Post Office wants to take over courier services for small parcels!!!

I'm very unhappy with the service of South African Post Office, their service is pathetic. I posted a parcel last week Monday using their over night service and the parcel still has not reached it's destination. I'm also unable to track it online, when I try customer care I'm put on hold for more than 20 minutes until I decide to drop the call. My emails to them have no response either. Sapo is useless and I think we are better off with courier companies.
