I'm very unhappy with the service of South African Post Office, their service is pathetic. I posted a parcel last week Monday using their over night service and the parcel still has not reached it's destination. I'm also unable to track it online, when I try customer care I'm put on hold for more than 20 minutes until I decide to drop the call. My emails to them have no response either. Sapo is useless and I think we are better off with courier companies.

Is SAPO a political party? if so they dont have my vote, very poor tracking of international post late late late delivery ...still waiting ...

I registered a letter on the 12th of October, JHB - Durban. Still not arrived at destination. Delivery within the country should be max 48 hours.

Shocking service unable to track and trace a shipment sent and no response to telephone or email enquiries. No idea if shipment will ever arrive.
