Biggest load of rubbish in ZA had a parcel for two months never notified me it was there collected yesterday and never told me my other parcel is there now need to drive another 16 kms to go and get it, ZA would have a loy better postage system if this terrible company closed down completely and let the private sector deliver or post and parcels

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I hate that I have to receive packages through the post office. I've been waiting for a package for almost a year. When I call them they don't have any information regarding g the package even when I give them my tracking number. I have NEVER received an Sms about any package I received. I always have to just show up at the post office and hope for the best. RIDICULOUS!!!

Your Speed Service is not effective. Its been three weeks since i sent a parcel it still havent reached its destination.
