Very poor service in the East London branch. We waited for an hour because the receipt wasn't printing. The person who helped us didn't care to share the information about his printer, after a while of him disappearing to the back he came back to count money. Then later decided to re-print or whatever he was doing at another till. No cell numbers where taken whatsoever. And since 1st June the parcel is still in transit.

Worst service on earth..not a single moron picks up the phone at customer service. They should close down.
