Really slow delivery. I can see my parcels have been delivered to post office. But no progress in 2 weeks. This is why private companies will always beat governmental SOEs as they have no idea about speed, efficiency or customer service! Last time I'll use the post office. Goodbye forever

I'm looking for my parcel I can't find it I went to chiawelo post office they also don't want to assist me with my study material they say it's in protea gardens but the message I got states that they have them at chiawelo poor service ever.

Very bad service...since i have orderd Genuine coach nd been tracking it via my phone last year...till now nd when i recheck again they say they deliver

Post office where parcel handed in promissed it will take two days. Already 4 days and nothing. We understand but why make promisses.
