My Royal Mail parcel left JIMC on 30 Nov 2020 to be delivered to Pretoria destination. This review was written on 17 April 2021 and I'm still waiting on my parcel. SAPO track&trace can't even locate my parcel with the Royal Mail tracking nr. What a joke.

Parcel that arrived in the country on 24 Feb 2021, only processed at distribution centre on 19/3 , I eventually phoned around and collected myself on 16/4. Poor service delivery that needs urgent attention.

Very poor service in fact pathetic.posted a parcel on 6th of April and has still not reached its destination.need to up your game
