My parcel from the US arrived in JHB on 26/2/2021. It was then said to be on it's way to its destination(Knysna) however it appears to have left Jhb for a second time on 1/3/2021.it has never arrived in Knysna and when I try your track and trace service it has no record of the parcel with that number . Original tracking number UH033438721US..

This is no postal service. It's a pension payment point. If you send something with the post office, you are looking to lose it.

Postal services in mewlands west durban is pathetic and extremely slow. Even when we post mail to pmb in durban ine has to wonder if it even reaches its destination.

My parcel has since arrived at Pretoria post office in Paul Kruger Square and I was never informed of its arrival/availability. I randomly went to check if they may have my items and to my shock I was told it has been returned back to the sender. What's their procedural roles when parcels arrives at their premises of work?
