There service is pathetic got 3 out of 15 parcels that I ordered in December 2020. Contacted their customer service more than once when they finally replied they said they cannot do anything as the tracking numbers are expired

this Post office is very slow I sent my parcel from From Eastern Cape to Mpumalanga on 15 February still in transit till today

I use this for the second time it didn't notify me, the first time until my parcel was sent back to me.. I sent another parcel from Amalinda post office, I have not seen the movement of the parcel since 6 March 2021 this month

Pathetic service South African Post Office. I posted a parcel on 26th February to a very special 90 year old in Bethlehem. It's now 27th March and the parcel has still not reached its destination. Shocking. The contents have probably spoiled in the meantime. Will never make use of your services again. Paxi is cheaper and takes 3 to 4 days. I have learnt a good lesson.
