My parcel, posted on 4 Nov 2020 in Grahamstown to Culburra NSW Australia is tracked as reaching Port Elizabeth Hub.There is no further information thereafter. It is now 20 December 2020 and my parcel is tracked as still in Port Elizabeth. I would rate this zero stars.

After 19 days my parcel is still in sitting in the Durban hub. Not very efficient

Service Delivery is like no where else in the world. It doesn't exist at all. However when it comes to go slows and protests for better wages etc the same lame ducks spark like a sparkler. Those employees don't deserve jobs at SAPO at all. They are unfortunately "working" themselves out of lucrative positions.
