“In transit” and “received at Piketberg post office on 2 October” (10 days ago!) is not the least bit helpful. I need to know if it has gone from Piketberg post office and is on its way to England. Those ague phrases are useless.

The parcel sent from Lone Hill on the 3 July, Still has not left the Lone Hill post office on the 12 October.

I've been waiting for my parcel since I received an sms saying my parcel is ready for collection on the 12 of September I check it's in Krugersdorp HUB since the 22 of September and I went there on the 2nd of October they said I must wait for another sms that will tell me which post office must I go and fetch it

Im not happy with your service it been a month waiting my study material nd was posted on the 1st of September, when I'm going to post office they said that it not arrived

My international parcel disappeared along the way being handled by the post office RC595264304DE postage paid R850. Parcel parts R3500. All missing no explanation.
