I have send a parcel to phillipines i was told it will take 3 to 10days since it was being airlifted. Upto now 2months the pacel have not arrived. I regretAnd i question why i used post office in the first place.

Parcel dispatched 19 February in pyramid pretoria, on 10 march still in Sinoville pretoria??? No-no. It only traveled 10 km! When will it arrive inTexas USA?

Very disappointed. Sent a registered letter on the 19th February 2020. Upon tracking this letter today, it is still in transit!!! 18 days!!!

Your service at Crowe thorn is shocking, your staff are slow and show no desire for client satisfaction. The wait is always long as they are forever on tea. Over night post never goes over night as the staff are totally ineffective and inefficient
