Terrible service! Not sure if im more annoyed with SAPO or the sender for sending my parcel with SAPO. Phone lines are NEVER answered- EVER! For anyone planning on international orders, save yourself the headache and pay extra for a REAL courier service. Item been sitting at JIMC A since July 2019!!!!! Will be in JHB on Friday will have to go to their customs arrivals centre and pick it up myself-if I get assistance. I rate ZERO

Slowest service parcel arrived in south africa 3 weeks ago and its taking forever to go from kempton park to bedfordview its been in transit for 20days!!!!
