Non existent service. My international parcel arrived quicker in SA than what it is taking to get to my house. Nil feedback or tracking updates. Enquiry number stays busy. Recommend the service is outsourced to a private company.

My parcel has been at JHB international terminal for a month, why is it taking so long? Incompetent and lazy, as per usual.

Oh guys the People working at the post office are rude i must say they will leave you unattended when you forcefully demand service will punish u to go search for tracking numbers whilst u know nothing... Useless

Waiting for my delivery which is urgently needed. Post Office JHB International Hub does not answer their phones. Neither does the customer service center. Not only is it disappointing but also a waste of time offering a service that does not exist to assist the public. I definitely would not trust the post office with any other deliveries I have.
