I am not happy with the service of Theron ville post office at all. My parcel got there on the 31st of July but I only got to today the 12th of August 2019. That is 12 days later.

My parcel had been posted since the 19 July from France and arrived at Johannesburg mail centre on the 25 July on the 30 July they sent it to Cape mail centre but still not reach cape town yet, today it's the 12 August I'm from Cape Town mail centre they said my parcel still on the road

I have been asking for assistance for almost a month now to track my parcel sent via EMS to the UK. No one can help. It was supposed to take 10 days...it was sent on the 15 July 2019. A few gifts fow my daughter. Terrible service

Parcel shipped on 26 June and has not arrived as of 10 August. IT Can not be tracked on website. Call centre does not answer. Been waiting for over half an hour.
