I have been asking for assistance for almost a month now to track my parcel sent via EMS to the UK. No one can help. It was supposed to take 10 days...it was sent on the 15 July 2019. A few gifts fow my daughter. Terrible service

Parcel shipped on 26 June and has not arrived as of 10 August. IT Can not be tracked on website. Call centre does not answer. Been waiting for over half an hour.

Online tracking not helpful all of a sudden has an error message. The gentleman at the counter in Spruitview Post Office very moody and unfriendly customer service.
