No service at all. I keep logging on online with my tracking number and I am told that they have tried to deliver my parcel twice. But there is no evidence for this. No card has been left, there is no one to call and even though they have my mobile number, no one has called. I have no idea where my parcel is. This company is a disgrace.

Shipped my birth certificate and lost in the process. Tracking number says a note was left but there was no note. No customer service available to help

The courier who deliver in Via Carlo Feltrinelli 16 Milano 20138 doesn’t have proper talent to courier service, more than 5 of my shipments have been lost by this stupid Logistic post service ( 5P33C00324396) bill number ask your idiot courier what happened to this shipment
