My sofa was being delivered by SAIA from Kardiel and I tracked every day for 4 days when it arrived in Nashville and set for 6 days. When I finally called they said it was being shipped by a 2nd partner company and they had just picked it up!! Not until I called Kardiel did I get any delivery time or day it would arrive! Also when it finally arrived the sofa was severely damaged and I had to return it the same day! SAIA is a joke and very unreliable!

Didnt load item on truck just gave driver a ticket. Didnt call to tell me, and now a lift I rented was for nothing and work to be done with item shipped cant begin til Monday. This wa as at 4pm on a friday and all they can tell me is sorry. We will have to bring it back out on monday. Customer service. Wow. Wasnt my fault but nothing done to fix their problem. Lesson learned.

I should have received Wednesday, I see by looking at tracking details it’s been returned to terminal twice! Now it’s the weekend and nothing until next week most likely.

Never heard of this company until they were assigned my delivery. I went online to read reviews. I was a bit concerned because no one had anything good to say. My order was on back order until the 11th. I was shocked to see SAIA received my package on the 1st. I tracked through their website as it started in California and made it to Pa. on the 6th. Total of 5 states. I received a phone call on the 6th to set up delivery for the 7th! Time, 9a to 12p. Delivered at 10:30. Driver was wonderful. She was pleasant , happy, and got that big truck in and out of my neighborhood with ease. I have nothing but praise for the way this was handled. So organized. I’m sorry others had bad experiences. Received my package before my original date of shipment. I didn’t have to deal with anyone other then the driver and I give her a thumbs up. Thank you SAIA for such a pleasant experience.
