Took way to long. I pay premium prices for shipping batteries and then stall my delivery for 4 extra days then 2 more for holidays. I’m forced to use the carrier by Solar Biz but so far not impressed.

Hopefully I will never have to have anything ever delivered by RL again. They unloaded my item which was over 250 lbs 300 feet away from where I requested they place it. It was sitting at the end of my lane on the edge of the county road. I had to go and get a tractor to haul it the rest of the way. I hate paying good money, and a fair amount of it for such poor service. They should give me a discount for hauling it the rest of the way, as it was there job, or at least that is what they were paid for.

Tracking hasn't been updated in days, delivery is slow as heck

Their tracking system in nonexistent. I think they had to send a pigeon to locate the truck. Still waiting for the pigeon to return.

The tracking number is absolutly worthless. They haven't updated status in 5 days. I called in, spent 17 minutes on the phone with cust service and they were unable to tell me anything except that the truck was between Chicago and Seattle, They wouldn't let me call the actual carrier to arrange pick up or drop off.
