Their tracking system in nonexistent. I think they had to send a pigeon to locate the truck. Still waiting for the pigeon to return.

The tracking number is absolutly worthless. They haven't updated status in 5 days. I called in, spent 17 minutes on the phone with cust service and they were unable to tell me anything except that the truck was between Chicago and Seattle, They wouldn't let me call the actual carrier to arrange pick up or drop off.

If I can give them no stars I would. Instead of calling me and asking me about the destination to ship my transmission from my car they ship it all the way back to Pennsylvania instead. Would not recommend this company to transport anything.
