Very frustrating. Delivery was to be made on Monday but we never heard from them. We’ve called multiple times only to be told they would look into it and call us back in 30 min. They have never returned a call. I still don’t have my order and haven’t heard from them one time.

This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with a trucking company! For starters, my shipment was sent to the wrong zip code. It went to 76667 not 93455, as I specified with the shipper who verified it via email. Once R L got that straightened out it took forever to get loaded on a partner truck. I was told the shipment would take four days. Wound up tacking over double that! The partner driver never did call to let me know he was a hour away as requested. If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Slow. Days of delay at various transfer points. Pallets banged up.

It showed up on time only thing that pi*sed me off was that they did a bad job of updating the location after it left NV but it did show up on time and it was properly packed and they even brought it into my yard and placed it the driver was very respectful i just wish they did a better job of tracking for items
