Terrible shipping service. Motor was picked up in New York 7 days to deliver it set in chicago 4 days before being shipped out again to final destination. Pi*s poor service all around

Received freight in excellent condition. Drivers were friendly and gladly took the freight off the pallet and took it with them. Excellent service

I order a swimming pool in May and was hoping to have it for fathers day. Your company lost my pool and now with the reorder we may not have it before July 4. If this pool is lost once again I will be contacting an attorney. Summer ruined by your incompetence.

Took way to long. I pay premium prices for shipping batteries and then stall my delivery for 4 extra days then 2 more for holidays. I’m forced to use the carrier by Solar Biz but so far not impressed.

Hopefully I will never have to have anything ever delivered by RL again. They unloaded my item which was over 250 lbs 300 feet away from where I requested they place it. It was sitting at the end of my lane on the edge of the county road. I had to go and get a tractor to haul it the rest of the way. I hate paying good money, and a fair amount of it for such poor service. They should give me a discount for hauling it the rest of the way, as it was there job, or at least that is what they were paid for.
