Parcel has been sitting on Toronto sorting facility for 3 weeks with no movement. Purolator basically said too bad. By the time it arrives, I will have missed the return window.

Horrible service waiting on a package since DEC 14 they havent updated my tracking since DEC 31 I spent 72 mins on the phone to get nowhere nobody knows where my Christmas gift is or even attempted to help me find it! I got we've been busy...well so was Canada post an everything shipped through them as usual was on time an that's not their only business they deliver mail too..purolator delivers parcels period an this is their excuse now its Jan 7 an still no help on my package??! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

This has been a terribly frustrating and disappointing experience which has caused our family significant stress. We were expecting an 80lb delivery to a business location. It was crucial that it not be damaged and needed for business purposes. The company was to deliver to the business location. They gave us no notice of when it would arrive. We needed at least a 2 hour notice as we live away from the business location and have to commute. They delivered the first time after business hours. After spending a long time on hold, we finally got word that they would now deliver the next day. On the day indicated, they attempted delivery at 8:00am! No businesses in the city other than gas stations, etc. are open at that hour! We would have had to get up and leave the house at 6:30am to even be there! Again after spending hours on hold, we were told that the package would be delivered on the next business day. Because there was a statuary holiday that weekend, we had to wait another 4 days. After 4 days, another failed attempt to deliver was made again at 8:00 am with no word other than "delivery attempt". After spending another hour on hold, we made arrangements to pick it up ourselves which meant finding someone to help with the weight and transfer up a flight of stairs. I would like to know what we are paying for?? I do not recommend this company for business deliveries!

Good Evening Purolator, Well yes my package was delivered today at 12:38 but no call to my buzzer to ask for entrance to the building. The drive managed to get into the building and leave the package in the lobby. Why wasn't this done on Friday when the package was first on the truck for delivery. As he didn't contact me to get into the building today, he clearly did not need the buzzer code. So my life has been in upheaval for days now waiting for the delivery first its on the truck but can't be delivered, then its on the truck except it wasn't and today with no ring to my buzzer I was again sitting waiting. In fact I had dialed Purolator to find out what had happened and the email appeared after I had been on hold for 15 minutes. I will never buy anything that must be delivered by Purolator, your customer service people are lovely, but that can't make up for the frustration and time wasted waiting around for something that mostly wasn't there. Sent a Christmas parcel on Monday December 7th - Toronto to Vancouver. Two weeks later it still states it is delayed in Toronto due to a missed connection. Has there been no other connection to Vancouver in those two weeks? I am receiving parcels from family members wo used FedEx instead and I really regret using Purolator. When I contacted them, they lied to me, saying it had in fact left Toronto and would be out for delivery soon - that was three days ago.

I was home, the guy dialed the buzz number 2 rings and hung up, I didn't even have time to pick up. Also misspells my name on the delivery note. I've never filed a complaint in anything, but this is unacceptable!

Purolator's tracking website claimed that it tried to deliver, but with no footprints in the centimeter of snow to my door, this was obviously not true (I was home too). Same thing another 2 times before the package was finally dropped at the door with no knock/ring. Then the driver hurried back to his truck and drove over my wet lawn leaving deep ruts and running over my snow markers. Totally unprofessional service. My business with Purolator is over. From now on I will ask suppliers to use any other courier, even if I must pay extra.

Purolator are useless! Couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried, i have had issues with them for last year and a half. Today i spoke to the rudest women ever who i hope gets fired soon! i hate Purolator!

Did not attempt delivery. Did not even knock. Lazy, unprofessional, will NEVER recommend purolator to anybody.

We've waited for our Purolator delivery for 3 days. They keep rejecting the address which actually has nothing wrong with it. We called and opted for pick up instead and even went to the depo hoping to claim the package yesterday. The customer service rep said we can pick up today at 1:15 pm but to my surprised I saw this note on my door saying "We're sorry we missed you" I am in my living room or close by during the time written on the note, if the driver knocks the door I will definitely hear it. Also, why was the package delivered when we already opted to pick it up. Now the note says pick up on Monday, 11/23!!! This is crazy!!! Are you intentionally rejecting the address and leaving sorry we missed you note to buy time for your backlogs? I read a lot of blogs about your service and your drivers don't even attempt to knock on the door and just swipe sorry notes and leave.

Brutal service, last carrier in the line tries to deliver once to a residential address during business hours guaranteeing no one home. Leaves notice that I have 5 business days to pick it up but the app gives an error "Location can't be found. Spend 3 days trying to call getting left on hold for over 45 minutes each time. Finally manage to get through 3 days later and they tell me I am unresponsive so it has been returned to sender! Covid is not the problem here, avoid at all costs!

I’ve always enjoyed fast delivery service, been served by friendly and helpful staff, and have been able to track my frequent parcels without incident. Well done Purolator!
